Filì was founded in 2011 in Sicily, in the province of Agrigento. The company is dedicated to organic farming and the production of jams, preserves and nectars with a different qualitative and organoleptic profile. The land is located in Burgio, Sant’Angelo Muxaro, Agrigento, inside the evocative Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples, home to an ancient citrus grove dating back to 1740.Filì produces citrus fruits, olives, prickly pears, aromatic plants and advances the idea of sustainable agriculture by safeguarding biodiversity and the natural habitat of the land. Jam and marmalade production uses artisanal processing principles and techniques to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit.
